Processing Time

All products are made-to-order and printed especially for you. Production typically takes 2-7 business days depending on the product type and current order volume. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been produced and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after production
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days after production (if available)

International Shipping:

  • Canada: 7-14 business days after production
  • Europe: 7-14 business days after production
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 business days after production
  • Rest of World: 10-30 business days after production

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We strive to offer competitive rates while ensuring your order arrives safely.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

International Orders - Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees charged by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Please check with your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing your order. Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned or destroyed, and we cannot offer refunds in these cases.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature upon delivery if available.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
